Blood Pressures at each Health Fair with Amerigroup Community Care.

They provide the table set-up,
you bring your own Blood
Pressure Cuffs and Stethoscopes.
DRESS CODE: Business
casual (according to clinical dress code) or
Scrubs
and your CSU Name tag (if you have one).
AMERIGROUP provides
coverage for people who qualify for public healthcare programs like
Medicaid, FamilyCare and the State Children’s Health Insurance
Program (SCHIP).
*Portfolio Letters will be
provided.
